THE BEDROOM Queen bed with pillow top, 4 pillows, linen, and an extra blanket, clothes hangers, safe & alarm clock, Iron & ironing board SECURITY A safe, with a code you can set, for your valuables. Default is 0000 A/C & Heat which is set for comfort prior to arrival. Guests are provided with a remote for bedroom and living room which you can use to tailor the room temperature to their liking. A dining room and/or work space. KITCHEN AMENITIES Full fridge/ freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, dishware, glassware, cups, flatware, bowls, bottle opener, can opener, cutting board, knife, etc. A selection of coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, artificial sweetener, creamer, salt & pepper. 4 16oz Bottles of cold water in fridge to get you started. Dishwashing liquid, dishtowel, dishcloth, food storage containers, Saran Wrap, foil paper, sandwich zip log bags, and paper towels. BATHROOM Hair dryer, bath towels, face cloths. Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand/body cream, Q-tips & 4 rolls of 2 ply toilet paper. (Plus a basket full of toiletries - please note that the contents of this basket do change-up.) Private front porch, shaded most of the day with 4 chairs. Service animals, of course, are permitted, but we do need prior notice. No smoking in our Cottage. Front or Back porch, PLEASE do not leave butts on the ground. If guests do smoke in our Cottage or leave a mess, we will levy a deep cleaning fee through AirBnB. No events, parties, loud music, or loud noise - Very quiet neighborhood.
