The space Located within the 1883 Wolff House Annex, this loft offers a rare blend of history and comfort. The Georgian Revival residence was originally crafted for a local newspaper writer, and today its restored interiors feature abundant natural light, bamboo flooring, contemporary furnishings, and sustainable amenities. Guests also have access to a private, secure storage space in the main building’s basement. Guest access From May to September, a seasonal irrigation stream flows along the north side of the property, creating a peaceful outdoor setting. Guests can enjoy a shared patio by the stream, complete with outdoor seating, as well as a larger community patio on the south side of the property along Elder Ave. A small, secure storage space is also available; please inquire in advance if you’d like to use it. Other things to note Minimum Stay: HOA requires a minimum stay of 3 months for this condo. Sleeping Arrangements: The living room sofa is not a pull-out but is comfortable and can serve as a temporary bed. Children: Children are welcome; however, please be mindful of the stairs leading to the mezzanine bedroom. Pet Policy: Well-behaved, house-trained pets are considered case by case. Small dogs under 20 lbs only. Pets must be fully vaccinated, calm, non-destructive, and not prone to excessive barking. Please inquire for details.
