You'll love this family friendly home in historical Tech Terrace right on beautiful Wagner Park! This pet friendly home is walking distance to Tech and the stadium. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries and a brewery. You'll be blocks from UMC and Covenant hospitals. Relax under lights around a gas firepit, watch a game on the big screen tv(streaming service), or play pingpong or corn hole. Or cross the street to a park full of play sets, tennis, basketball, volleyball, swings and tables! The space Blue Topaz is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bath, two story pet-friendly home nestled between two beautiful parks. Topaz is perfect for game days, families, get togethers, or just a home away from home. This home can accommodate a large family gathering making it a great place to spend the holidays, graduations or reunions! If you're going to the game, you won't have to hassle with game day parking since you can just walk to the game! There are 5 beds, (3 queens and 2 twins) and a pull out couch all accommodating up to 9 people. We also have a pack and play and a high chair for the little one. There is a gate to block off the upstairs if needed. The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is an extra large room upstairs with two queen beds and plenty of space to spread out. The third bedroom is upstairs with 2 cozy twin beds. Additionally, there is a fold out couch with a comfortable tempurpedic mattress. There are two eating areas; one with seating for four and one with seating for 6 with a leaf available to expand it to 10. There are additional four folding chairs in the bedroom closet. The living room is spacious with lots of comfortable seating and a big screen TV. The downstairs queen bedroom has an additional TV. TVs use Amazon Fire (streaming service) and high speed Wi-Fi is provided. There is a handy QR code on the back of the router. You will also have a game room/work space stocked with tennis rackets, tennis balls, volleyballs, a pingpong table, other games and a chalkboard on which we would love for you to leave us a message!! We have water and food bowls for your pups and we provide poop bags. The backyard is set up with 8 Adirondack chairs to enjoy corn hole games, grilling or to just hang out around the gas fire-pit under the lights. There are bike lanes, walking paths and LimeWires scooters throughout the whole neighborhood! Wagner Park is right outside the side door with plenty of room to have a large gathering, cookout, play games or whatever you want to do! Guest access The whole house, yard, 2 driveways etc are for the guests. Other things to note We are happy to host your pet and provide poop bags and dogie bowls, however any pets other than cats or dogs must be approved by the host. The pet fee covers 2 pets.
