Sleeps up to 13 (ID#415) This popular, oversize home layout on the Premium Solterra Resort is just a few minutes walk from the Resort Amenities. We welcome primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families aged 0-110! in family home. We are not able to accommodate large groups with a local residential address or of those under 25. The resort strictly prohibits parties. Bedrooms 5 and 6 have use of an adjacent bathroom with large walk in shower. This really is a great family home layout. Open Plan Living Area Access to the pool area from the large full-width sliding glass doors from the open pan (fully equipped) Kitchen, dining and living room so you can watch the action outside or take in your favorite show inside. Kitchen The beautiful kitchen, table seating as well as bar stool area, combined with all the appliances you might want. *Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area. The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area. Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay! Along with all facilities at the villa, there are amenities for the use of our guests at the new Clubhouse at Solterra. Quality, facilities including an extra-large, heated zero entry pool with super slide, a lazy river! Large Hot Tub, fully equipped gym, lounge bar and an outdoor lounge with TV and fireplace are all part of the fun! There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court and children’s playpark. A BBQ grill with a full propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental. Advance notice is required, please contact us for further information on Grill rental options. The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter and spring. The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. If booked during the stay, an activation fee may apply. Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
