Relax and unwind at this cute bungalow nestled within less than a miles walking distance to downtown Marion! The home offers sleeping for 6 with plenty of space for entertaining. Enjoy the large, well-manicured backyard and close proximity to all Marion has to offer. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it is a haven for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Make sure to check out the Peavine Trail which runs for 1.5 miles from State Street in downtown Marion to just south of the First Christian Church on Rutherford Road (right up the hill from the home). Interior features and amenities: Cute, bungalow situated in downtown Marion. Beautifully updated home with plenty of space for entertaining. Full kitchen equipped with all essentials, stainless appliances and drip coffee maker. The TV is located in the living room. A baby tub is also provided as well as a stroller and pack-n-play located in the laundry room. Accommodations: Sleeps 6 guests. The owner's retreat has a queen-size bed, closet and dresser. The second bedroom offers a full-sized bed, dresser, and personal desk. The third room features two twin beds, dresser and closet. There is a newly renovated, full bathroom located down the hallway and a half bath situated between the kitchen and laundry room area. Exterior features and amenities: Beautiful, family friendly, large back yard to enjoy the outside! Outdoor fireplace is located towards the back of the yard. Enjoy the cozy, covered front porch while you sip on your morning coffee and gaze at the Mountain view!! PARKING Free parking, you can park 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. THINGS TO KNOW • Our check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and our check out time is at 10:00 a.m. We ask that you please be respectful of these times to allow our cleaning team to properly prepare the house and for the next guests to enjoy their stay as much as we hope you do!
