Located on a beautiful property with a private trail to a quiet, rocky beach, Lapa Villas 2 is an ideal place for families and groups. The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs- one with a king and one with bunkbeds (queen + single). The rustic, outdoor kitchen and dining areas are the heart of the home, and flow into the pool area. The pool is covered and heated for both shade and comfort. Downstairs is a sauna and 3rd bedroom with queen double beds. A nice trail leads to a beautiful, rocky beach. There are in fact 2 homes on the property with a total of 6 bedrooms which can be rented out for larger groups--however, if Lapa Villa 2 is rented Lapa Villa 1 will NOT be rented, providing complete privacy to you and your group. While the upper home has the jacuzzi and gym, the lower home has the pool, sauna outdoor kitchen--as well as the start of the private beach trail. 100m down the trail to the beach is a casita where our caretaker lives and also provides additional security to the property. There is a housekeeper on the property daily also. All of it! Quepos Point is central to Manuel Antonio and the only area where you can walk to 2 beaches (in this case 3!). The area is lush and rife with wildlife. A car makes life easy--and there are two secure parking garages. Having said this, taxis are easy and affordable also. Please note that we DO NOT accept pets OR service animals at this property. If you show up with a pet or service animal you will NOT be allowed to occupy the property!
