In the fully stocked kitchen you will find white Carrera marble countertops, Northwood birch kitchen cabinets, and a beautiful hand built farm table. Other special highlights include a unique living room pallet wall made from reclaimed hardwoods where you can relax and put your feet up in any one of our six recliners after a long day exploring the great outdoors. Access to Roku & Netflix on the flat screen TV is provided for those cozy nights you want to spend inside! Enjoy gathering around the dining room table for supper where afterwards you will find a cupboard stocked with dozens of board games and puzzles. Our nearly one acre property has a bon-fire ring with adirondack chairs as well as an outdoor patio complete with a comfortable wrought iron dining table and seating for 6. Even if it rains, our indoor patio is the perfect space to curl up with a good book and watch the whitetail deer come to feed from our crab apple tree at dusk. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, indoor and outdoor patios, and 1 acre property Other things to note This cozy cottage is comfy, super clean, and adorable. 3 bedrooms are on second story and are in close proximity to each other. These are not large bedrooms. 2 rooms have bifold doors, the twin beds room has an accordion door as the room divider. Again, please don't be surprised that they are not master suites. Space is perfect for a close family and/or adults who actually enjoy spending time together and are not looking for total privacy from noise.
