These permits are provided by the City of Fort Lauderdale to our HIYC office and managed by our property manager. Guest access Unit 9, ground floor, North Building. Other things to note If you are parking a car, the cost per day is $10.00 per day paid directly to the office. The permit will be left for you in the unit. PLEASE remember to leave it with the office when you check-out. If the office is closed at that time, put it in the mail slot on the door.
