The space ✨ THE SPACE This second-floor apartment is part of a charming 100+ year-old home, blending character with modern touches. We have Starbucks on our corner (2 min walk) and our closest beach access points are by riptides (beach hut for food), Skudin surf and just a few blocks down you hit Marvel for ice cream and even a playground! ⚠️ GOOD TO KNOW • This is a second-floor unit in a family home, so you may occasionally hear light daytime activity • The bathroom includes a full shower (no soaking tub) • The home has historic charm, which comes with some quirks you’d expect from a 100+ year-old property • Best suited for respectful guests who appreciate a well-cared-for space •We have a ring doorbell camera that records on the exterior of the property (next to the front door) •No pets welcome, we love them but strive to keep our unit clean and free from allergens. If an animal is brought in without prior permission you are subject to immediate cancellation without refund along with a $500 pet cleaning fee 💛 HOUSE NOTES To keep the space comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that house rules are followed during your stay. Full details are provided in the house rules section. We’ve put a lot of care into creating a space that feels easy, welcoming, and enjoyable - and we’d love to host you. Guest access Guests access the apartment through a common mudroom that we share. there is a separate door that reads "Pura Vida" which you will use your code to get in to. That will lead you to the staircase which opens up to your private apartment. The entire apartment as well as the balcony is for you and your guests alone for the duration of your stay. The apartment is made up of a small entry way, a good sized living room, a full bathroom, one bedroom as well as an eat-in kitchen.
