There will be additional charge(s) for extra adults The space 🏡Pura Vida is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the second story of our *100+ year old* home, built in 1922. The apartment is completely private, with a separate entrance *once* you enter through the main front door which leads to a common mudroom. Both the upstairs apartment (Pura Vida) and the downstairs have private doors. 🌞BALCONY: Enjoy your private balcony looking over the street of this century old area. We get beautiful morning sun so it’s a great spot to enjoy your coffee! Also a perfect for hanging out with a glass of wine at night if you choose to stay in! 🛏️ BEDS: The apartment has ONE bedroom with a QUEEN sized bed. You can fit the provided Baby Bjorn pack n play in the room as well. 🛋️ LIVING ROOM: The living room has a futon which can sleep one adult or 2 small children. There is also a full blow up mattress available for use as well as a toddler sized blow up mattress. 📕 There is a reading nook and lots of books to choose from in all different genres. ♟️ Board games 💻 Desk provided so you can “work from home” if needed, complete with high speed WiFi. 🛀 BATHROOM: The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries and has a shower. There is *NO TUB* for use. The shower works as expected but the tub shown in the photos is not available for taking baths as the stopper is *non operational*. 🍽️ KITCHEN: There is a full-size kitchen, complete with a table for four. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, water cooler, basic cooking essentials/dishes along with coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster. This space sleeps 3 adults comfortably but could fit a couple more if needed. Perfect for a family. Please let us know how many children will be with you and we will do our best to accommodate! 🏄Listing includes: 3 adults and children 16 and under. IF you have more children please contact me and I will adjust the reservation. All children 16 and under are included (ie: 2 parents and 3 children under 16). Any adults (17 and older) beyond the 3 included are subject to an additional charge of $50 Per person per night. Please contact us if you have any questions ! 👶Children: We are completely child friendly! We offer booster seat/highchair, sit me up, baby bjorn portable crib (pack n play) and umbrella stroller. The kitchen has some sippy cups, children's plates, snack cups, bottle drying rack etc. We also have toys for little ones from infant to toddler. As well as coloring books and puzzles. ⚓️Please know that this is our home. We are a family with dogs and small children. Although we do our best to keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm, you may still hear us. In the same respect, we ask that our guests be courteous and keep noise down during those same hours. 🏖️ Some things we offer: •TVs in bedroom and living area with fire stick (no cable). Please disclose all service animals when booking. If you bring an animal without approval you will be subject to a fine of $500 and cancellation without refund. If an animal is permitted under certain circumstances, they MUST use the bathroom outside. Not on the front lawn. Wee Wee pads are absolutely not permitted under any circumstance in the apartment. If we see that this rule was not followed there will be an additional fee (on top of any prior cleaning fees) of a minimum of $150 which will increase based on mess/damage. 🚭NO SMOKING ALLOWED INDOORS There is no smoking permitted inside any part of the home. Smoking only permitted on designated balcony OR sidewalk and beyond (no porch). Smoking indoors will lead to immediate termination of the reservation without refund and $500 minimum cleaning fee. This INCLUDES marijuana smoke and vaping. 🚭NO DRUGS PERMITTED We have a strict no drug policy. Drug use will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate termination of your reservation without refund along with a $500 minimum cleaning fee. 📸 There is a doorbell camera at the entrance of our property. This keeps our property secure and is there for both our safety along with our guests safety. This camera records and may be used in the event that there is an issue. Guest access Guests access the apartment through a common mudroom that we share. there is a separate door that reads "Pura Vida" which you will use your code to get in to. That will lead you to the staircase which opens up to your private apartment. The entire apartment as well as the balcony is for you and your guests alone for the duration of your stay. The apartment is made up of a small entry way, a good sized living room, a full bathroom, one bedroom as well as an eat-in kitchen. Other things to note Baby items available for use during your stay: Portable high chair/booster seat Sit-me-up Portable crib (baby bjorn pack n play) with sheets Summer Infant 3Dlite umbrella stroller Toys for both baby and toddler along with things like crayons and coloring books Beach toys Baby Blanket, Towels, spoons, plates etc This home is 100 years old. We take great care of it and try to keep up with anything that needs repair. Please alert us if you have any sort of issue during your stay so that we can rectify it. The floors in the apartment are original and do slope a bit in some areas and there are some gaps around molding due to the age of the house. There is a camera at the main entrance (exterior) for extra protection not only for ourselves and our home but also for our guests.
