Relax or work in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants, shopping, and colleges in our stylish townhouse! Nestled in a quiet and safe community, you would never know your only mins. away from all the action; 9 to RTP, 15 to UNC, 20 to Duke, and 16 to RDU airport. *Please note- we are requiring a minimum of 4 night stay over Christmas. The space The home is styled with vintage and modern pieces that will make you feel welcome and comfortable. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, back porch, fenced in yard, free parking in front of the home, and lots of closet space. Perfect for six people but can accommodate eight if you are willing to use the pull out couch. *Please note there is 1 step down from the parking to the walkway which may not be ADA accessible to some Master Bedroom: Furnished with a Calvin Klein queen size four poster bed, a Tuft and Needle mattress, and comfortable bedding; you'll find it's pure comfort! There is an ensuite bath. Second Bedroom: It is furnished with a comfortable pillow top mattress and high quality bedding and a large closet with plenty of space. Third Bedroom: The third bedroom is towards the front of the house and has a large sunny window. There are two twin beds with twin xl Thomasville Fusion memory foam mattresses. One of the beds is a beautiful daybed that provides extra lounge space or an additional bed for sleeping. This room also has two large closets to hang your clothes. *We have an infant crib that can be easily assembled with plenty of space in the 3rd room or Master along with a toddler mattress that can be placed on the floor for our littlest travelers. We also have a booster seat and some toys for our under 2 guests in the hall closet. While we welcome young children in our home *NOTE* it is not baby proofed and there are many dangers for young explorers. You will be responsible for ensuring they play safely in the home. The living room offers a pull out sofa with space to fit up to two guests. The 49 inch UHD 4K Smart TV in the living room is ready to stream Netflix and broadcasts local channels. You can also access Hulu, Amazon, Vevo, ... etc. on your own personal subscriptions. And if you're here for business or have to catch up on work, there is a small workspace. Find games, toys and charging cables in the chest of drawers in this space left for your use. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze for those nights when you'd rather stay in. The kitchen also includes a cozy eat-in nook for additional seating apart from the dinning room. We’ve recently add a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs for a comfortable place to relax outdoors. Complimentary coffee will be available with your choice of french press or Cuisinart coffee/tea maker as well as an assortment of delicious teas, cream and sugar. The home has a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board available during your stay. Other things to note Updated policy- Nothing that resembles a party allowed. Absolutely no smoking allowed. If the home has any residual smell of smoke (cigarettes, marijuana, Juul, ect) there will be an automatic $250 fee. No guests other than those listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the home. Breaking any of these rules, yet not limited to these, will result in immediate removal. While we understand accidents happen, please alert us immediately of any stains you find on linens upon your arrival as stained item found after your stay may result in an extra charge. We regret needing to implement this but far too many guests are careless with our home and don’t leave it in respectful conditions. By confirming your reservation with us, you are agreeing to the policies above. Guests booking over Christmas night must have a 4 night minimum stay.
