The en-suite master bathroom has a step-in shower and dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and Bunk beds with two Twins, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The property has a Heated Pool with a large deck along with a Spa/Hot Tub and Gas Grills for guest use. The unit has Free High-Speed Internet Service and Free Long Distance (US and Canada). Located right next door to Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary. You can watch the antics of the birds from the balcony. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card. Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day. Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers. Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
