Welcome to our Hip Vintage Condo 'Why Not' You will enjoy the Peaceful side of The Great Smoky Mountains in this beautiful community Spend the day at the pool & the evenings around the fire pit Bring your bike & ride the trails to get coffee, wine tasting, or chilling at The Peaceful Social Brewery River Rat tubing is down the road or pack a picnic & The Great Smoky Mountains entrance is 5 mins away & Cades Cove Loop is only 20 mins So much to do come be our guest we would love to host you The space 'Why Not' is a mix of vintage hip decor, fun for all ages The condo has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook up those gourmet meals Bedrooms are large and beds are awesome, tvs in both bedrooms Baths are very luxurious hit the large spa like shower in one bath after a hike or a hot soak in the oversized tub in the other Electric fireplace is perfect for those chilly nights Neighborhood has a beautiful social area to use that includes a beautiful pool, dining area and an outside fireplace, this social spot overlooks The Great Smoky Mountains...you might get lucky and see some bears too! (Trailers Not Allowed Please Inquire Prior To Booking **Unloading & loading only) Guest access Community Pool ~closed for season Outdoor fireplace & fire pit @ clubhouse (wood not provided) Trailers Not Allowed unloading & loading only, no overnight parking (if in violation trailer owner will be charged for towing & violation) Please inquire if bringing a trailer (we have trailer parking options out of the neighborhood) Other things to note Our condo is in a gated community with quiet hours 10pm-7am we ask and hope that our guests will be respectful & mindful about noise inside & outside Wood is not provided for community fireplace or firepit (can be purchased @ any gas station, IGA grocery, Ace Hardware) No trailers allowed, loading & unloading only please inquire prior to booking
