Enjoy cooking on the back deck or roasting marshmallows by the fire. The finished walk out basement offers a family room with a bar for the adults, and a game room for the kids. Additional amenities include a two car garage, driveway easily fits 6-8 cars, on site laundry, beach chairs & bikes. Have a dog? The dog park is within walking distance. The space Ranch style home with all the living on the first floor, the lower level offers a game room, family room, bar, laundry/half bath, an extra full size refrigerator and walk out access to the back yard. Guest access The entire house is for the use of the guests. We ask that due to our septic system we limit guest count to a max of 10 guests. Other things to note We do allow pets - 2 dogs max - for an additional charge of $250, please make sure to check how many dogs you will be bringing when reserving your week. We have 10 beach chairs and towels, 4 bikes (no helmets) that are available for guests to use. Please make sure to follow the max 10 guest rule. Thank you
