Serene Lake House. Close to Ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. Relax on private dock where you can fish, kayak or sunbathe on a seven lake system and have access for all water sports. Less than a block from public boat dock. Private heated pool and hot tub. Sleeps 9 comfortably in spacious open concept fully stocked indoor/outdoor living home. Bring your clothes and get ready to relax. ***4th room is not an actual bedroom but a flex space that is next to other bedrooms and great for kids.*** The space Welcome to paradise at our waterfront family-friendly home! Enjoy the Florida sunshine and Southwest sunset views from our covered lanai & heated pool with dock. We are on a chain of Seven large lakes for an amazing boating, fishing or water sport experience! When you are not at the beach, enjoy our private heated pool, grill up some grub, fish from the dock, ride bikes, kayak, or swim. There are pool floats, some life vests, sun bed, a small pool basketball hoop, various games and cornhole to play. Our entire home is 2,050sq. ft. to enjoy time with your family or friends. Fully stocked home, just bring your swimsuit and food! We have family and kid friendly books and board games. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from our centrally located home. ***4th room is not an actual bedroom but a flex space that is next to other bedrooms and great for kids.*** Guest access Guests can access all areas, except the white storage pantry in laundry and a couple of cabinets above washer which will be locked. Other things to note HOUSE RULES -Relax and have fun. - No smoking/vaping/drugs anywhere on property. - No pets allowed - No events, parties, large gatherings or unregistered guests allowed. - Must be at least 25 years old to book. -Additional fees and taxes may apply -No 3rd party bookings. - Photo ID may be required upon check-in -Check-in from 3pm-2am, and check-out is 10am. -No hair dying -All rooms with fans are controlled with remote not switch on wall. -No balloons in house -Be mindful of fans as the ceilings are lower. -Do not throw any food or food waste in sinks -Do not throw any thing other than toilet paper in toilets and be mindful to courtesy flush to avoid blockages. -The recycle bin is the one with a blue lid, NO trash in this can. Please use for recyclables as trash can will get to full if not. -There are two trash cans in house one for trash and one for recycle. -Trash comes on Wednesday mornings, please pull both cans out Tuesday night to end of driveway. - Please take your shoes off when entering the house or if dirty. -Use colored towels to remove make-up not white towels. -We recommend that you wear a life vest in water and ensure they fit properly by checking size and fit. We do not supply all sizes and small children to be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the pool deck, in pool, or at the dock area. -Pool guy comes Monday mornings, usually. You cannot use pool for an hour after he leaves due to chemicals he puts in pool. -Wear a helmet when riding bikes and do not ride at night or while intoxicated. -Please clean after yourself, wash the dishes, and take the trash out at check out. -Make sure lid on trash is closed to ensure no pest infestation. -There are two beach chairs available to use. should they be left at beach or taken there is a $50 fee that will be charged. -There are paddles for kayaks, $50 fee for each lost or taken paddle. -Additional $50 charge uncleaned grill. We do not provide propane. If there is propane at the time of your stay you may use it. -Any damages to property or amenities will be charged to guests. -any issues must be reported during the stay no issues reported after will be addressed or refunded. -Park cars only in driveway. -Please do not rearrange furniture. -If you use excessive amounts of towels, please start load of laundry. -Pool heater is set at 85 and both heater and pump are set on timer and maintained by pool company. DO NOT adjust any settings, may result in damage to pool and will be charged to guest. -Please make sure hot tub water level is to MAX line to ensure proper operation and less chance of damage. There is a hose on lanai or side of house to fill hot tub if needed. -No one under the age of 16 in hot tub. -Hot tub needs to used what is it intended for which is relaxation and sitting in. It is NOT a pool, it is not for swimming in climbing on or jump in. It is NOT a pool for kids. -Lawn service comes on Mondays (weather permitting), be sure there are no obstacles in lawn area. -Water levels in canal and in lake fluctuate due to time of year and drought. We have NO control of water levels or know when they will be up or down in canal/lakes. -Internet & Streaming/Cable TV services are provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet and television service. Do not turn off WiFi. **NOTE: DO NOT tamper or disable security devices as these are there for both our safety and will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is standard ring doorbell looking out from front door. Camera 2 is located front left corner of house looking into front yard and driveway. Camera 3 is located at corner of garage looking back towards canal and garage. Camera 4 is located on pool lanai looking out at pool and dock. 5 is located above pool heater and pump. These cameras actually record brief video and audio when activated by motion. We take your privacy very seriously. ***4th room is NOT an actual bedroom but a flex space that is next to other bedrooms and great for kids.***we do have two room dividers for privacy.
