Our bright and clean 2-bedroom apartment has been beautifully renovated and appointed with all new furniture to make it a warm and cozy place to stay while exploring the best Columbus has to offer! The front room is a great spot to have a cup of coffee, get some work done, or just watch a show on the smart TV. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. In our home you will find: ~ 2 Bedrooms, with a total of 3 queen beds. ~ A Fold-out Kitchen dinning table, and all essentials needed to prepare a light meal. ~ Living room with couch, Smart TV, and a workspace. ~ Laundry available for use in the basement. ~ Large front porch. ~ Parking for 1 car in the back of property. This two bedroom apartment is recently been renovated and filled with just the right furniture for a perfect stay. This Victorian-era house has tall ceilings, exposed brick, new hardwood floors, all new windows, all new bathroom and kitchen. The front bedroom has a brand new queen bed, and three large windows with lots of natural light. The back bedroom has two brand new queen beds with memory foam mattresses. Guest access Guests will have the entire bottom floor, two bedroom apartment to themselves. Private bathroom and kitchen included. Guest will also have access to the basement where laundry machines are. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked) Registration number 2022-3106
