With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. The various decks are ideal for sharing meals and stories from your day at the beach while listening to the waves. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE * Proximity to the Beach: A 5 min. walk from the sun-kissed sands and shimmering waves, you're never far from the soothing sounds of the ocean. * Fully equipped modern kitchen, incl. KITCHEN AND DINING A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including GE microwave, Cuisinart coffee machine and Keurig Kcup for the coffee connoisseurs, and Cuisinart tea kettle for the tea lovers in your group. Enjoy your meals together at the eat-in island, or take it to the screened-in porch for al fresco dining. Prepare a cocktail with the cocktail shaker and sip it on the back deck while listening to the waves and birds. LIVING SPACE The living space has a contemporary decor with a NC made All Form sofa and a 50”Smart TV. The living room leads to a large screened in porch where you can watch the sun rise, and the side deck is perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine. You will also find fun board games and books for after-beach entertainment. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are equipped with Tuft and Needle mattresses and blackout blinds for a restful sleep! * The primary bedroom features a queen bed, an ensuite bath, and a console that is the perfect smaller workstation for a large laptop. * The second bedroom offers a king bed, and a stylish working station that comfortably fits a large laptop. * The third bedroom contains two twin beds and a trundle, as well as a workstation with an adjustable desk and matching hydraulic stool. BATHROOMS Each newly renovated bathroom comes with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap for your convenience. * The full en-suite offers a large shower. * The large hall bath has a large tub/shower and is conveniently located between the King bedroom and twin beds bedroom. REMOTE WORKERS SETUP Each bedroom offers a comfortable desk to work on. The house is equipped with a high speed internet, and has a wireless printer (scan/copy/print). OUTDOOR AMENITIES Multiple decks to lounge around. The large outdoor shower is conveniently located in the backyard for privacy. Nothing better than to wash off the sand surrounded by nature. The outdoor amenities are wonderful to relax in the shaded backyard or play a game of frisbee, croquet, or corn hole in the large front yard. Guest access The private driveway will accommodate plenty of off street parking during your stay. Our rental is equipped with a smart lock for your convenience. Other things to note We ask that you respect our rental rules by keeping this a pet-free and smoke/vape-free place. Thank you for your assistance! We love pets but aren't able to accommodate furry friends at this time. Renters must be over 25 years of age and be present for the time of the stay. Linens and bath towels are included on all beds, but please bring your own beach towels. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent pods, sponge, dish soap, and paper towel.
