Our newly remodeled and updated vacation home has over 1500 Square feet inside and a huge yard for everyone in your group to enjoy, including dogs. Newly remodeled and super clean inside and out. The open kitchen has a big beautiful island and a large dining room table. Featuring a Fireplace/Game room, a Den/TV/Music room, three bedrooms, two bath rooms, a fenced-in back yard with a huge deck, grilling area, garage with washer and dryer and room for everything needed for the beach and party. The space Our Wilmington Vacation Home on Kelly Road is perfect for family and friends' fun. The kitchen features a new large fridge with ice maker, Coffee bar, Margarita Blender, and all the necessities. Fire up the new Weber gas grill for surf and turf. Play hold-em with the new poker set on the big dining room table or deal blackjack on the kitchen island. Sing Karaoke in the den or watch a movie on the large screen. Play games and music in the Fireplace/Game room. Play corn-hole with the new bags on the boardwalk deck. Or just kick back inside and out on our many couches and comfortable seating areas. Most anything you need for your stay is in the house and the garage, including beach toys with a wagon, etc.... The automatic overhead door to the garage make for an easy load up and drop off when going to or returning from the beach or any event. The washer and dryer are handy to keep your party clean and fresh for the next day. Hose off your dogs on the back deck after a fun outing, and set up the sprinkler on the hot days for the kids while supper is being prepared during cocktail hour(s) ;>) Guest access The whole home and yard is available, plus many amenities.
