Welcome to your gorgeous & spacious retreat located in the heart of Garden Lakes! Our tropical getaway will have you within 10 minutes of the Westgate Entertainment District. The home itself is equipped with a private pool, jacuzzi, and many more amenities to make you feel right at home. The space Come on in! The spacious 3,470 sq ft floorplan has much to offer. Challenge your friends and family to a game of billiards, enjoy a late-night movie on the many flat-screen TVs equipped with smart features, or have a relaxing evening on the large reclining sectional in the living room. We also encourage you to take part in the many amenities found within both the living room and kitchen area. The breakfast nook, adjacent to the kitchen, attracts natural lighting to brighten the space while inviting you to an oasis waiting out back. Enjoy barbecuing or gather around the small fire pit during the cooler Arizona winter nights. If friendly competition strikes, enjoy a game of water basketball or cornhole! This place is great for entertaining or just having a relaxing time with loved ones. After a long day, retreat to either the Master Suite or any of the 5 additional bedrooms each equipped with beds and ample closets. On the first floor, the Master Suite includes a King size bed, large walk-in closet & private bathroom. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a Queen size bed and its private access to the backyard. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms that share a fully renovated bathroom. The largest bedroom has double queen beds and a mini fridge. In addition, you'll find a bedroom equipped with a Queen and Twin size beds, 1 bedroom with super comfortable Queen bed, and a bedroom with two Twin-size beds. We're excited to have you as guests and welcome any questions about our home! Hope to talk soon! Guest access You and your family will have access to the entire home except for the garage. Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note Home has been updated with the best residential high-speed Internet available from COX Communications. Guests can easily stream their personal apps from their phones and TVs. The minimum age to rent is 25 years. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Phoenix Realty Group reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 15 for this home. Unless Phoenix Realty Group has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fifteen (15). To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum between 11:00pm and 8:00am. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and backyard. Trash pickup is scheduled every Monday and Recycling is scheduled every Wednesday. We request that you place trash bins out on the curve in front of the house the night before pickup. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies, and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. A pet fee of $250 will be charged should a guest decide to break the no pet rule. A pool heating fee of $100 per day will be charged if pool is heated without paying the daily pool heating fee upfront. Phoenix Realty Group reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. ALL TVs are Smart TVs for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced. Should guests desire to heat the pool, an additional fee of $100 per day will be charged. No fee to heat jacuzzi. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
