The kitchen is all new with high-end stainless appliances, solid surface counters, and cherry cabinets. All three bedrooms have brand new luxurious king-sized beds and flat screen Smart TVs with blu-ray DVD players. En Suite bathrooms (one with walk in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo) complement two master bedrooms, and the third bedroom shares a hall guest bath that features a walk in shower. The spacious family room features beautiful waterfront vistas as well as a 60" Smart TV when you are in the mood to watch movies or play games. Outside on our deck, a gas BBQ is ready to grill your meal to perfection while you lounge in the nearby hammock. There is carport parking under the house as well as generous space to store your watercraft. There is a large storage room containing chairs, floaties and other toys to ensure that you fully enjoy the beach, as well as a cart to carry your possessions to the welcoming white sands. Upon your return, there is a convenient, private outdoor shower to rinse off before you go inside. If you still want to catch some rays, there is a large 8' x 30' deck off the family room and a screened porch ideal for vegging out. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house with the exception of the ground floor entry. Guests will have a keycode to access the house directly without any check-in process necessary.
