Relax by the pool or take strolls along the beach. Take a short walk down the Blvd. to the nearby Food trucks while Ft. Myers Beach is making improvements. A full service kitchen is in the unit & there's a Publix's for groceries or stop to pick up groceries before you take the bridge over to get to the resort. The space The 7th floor suite is warm and welcoming and has access to all the property amenities including: 24/7 Front desk and security. Beachfront pool and hot tubs. Laundry facility (coin operated) located on the 6th floor. Fitness Center - please check COVID-19 Policy. On-site restaurant. Access to unit via elevators from outside lobby or main floor lobby. Parking for 1 car/unit at hotel - front desk will issue parking placard on arrival for duration of stay. 1 King bed in the bedroom. Living room with sofa-bed. Lanai seating with the Pool and Gulf of Mexico View; Kitchenette with a mini-fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Optional housekeeping service: $35/day (full) or $15/day (trash and towels). All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. NOTE: This unit is located in an Apart hotel/ Resort and is managed by the property. Once the booking is confirmed, the host will issue the suite # and the resort confirmation #. When checking in at the main lobby front desk, the guest will advise resort staff of their confirmation #. You will then be checked in and issued your parking placard and room keycard along with any additional info of the community. The building mgmt. requires a security damage deposit of $100/unit/stay. It is fully refunded at check out if no damages are reported. The property's parking is free for 1 unit. This unit is located in the all-suite property and managed by the property. Guest access Along with your suite you have access to the beach, pool, hot tubs, restaurant when opened at 11AM to 8PM, Lounge - check hours, lobby area on the main floor and lower ground level. Bicycles for rent along with options to go parasailing or rent jet skis. Other things to note Host will issue confirmation reservation number when booked.
