The Martin House Rental

The Martin house is a perfect getaway for small town festivities. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs bedrooms have queen beds, the upstairs 2 bedrooms have a king and 2 twin beds. The sofa in living room also makes a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a Weber gas grill on the back patio. The garage has a pool table, tv, comfy seating. The spacious 4 acre outdoor area has a fire pit and picnic table. The space The rooms are cozy and the outside resembles a park. The living room has comfortable seating and large tv. The screened in side porch is very nice for coffee or watching the bird feeders which we try to always keep stocked and ready. The colors are neutral and most furniture and beds are new. Guest access All the main floor and upstairs area, the garage/game room, driveway and outdoor area. The basement is locked. Other things to note Parking in long driveway and yard.
