Nestled inside Wintergreen Resort, this freshly updated condo is a quiet retreat with mountain views and easy access to hiking, skiing, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and antique shops. Inside, you’ll find an open, light-filled layout with a wood-burning fireplace, full-sized appliances, and ample cabinet space. Step outside to your private patio or take a dip in the community pool. The space The condo is fully stocked so you can settle in without a second thought. Master Bedroom: Queen bed, sitting chair, Roku Smart TV, and a closet with hangers, extra blankets, sheets, and pillows. A pack-n-play is stored in the closet. Living Room: Wood-burning fireplace, 55” Roku Smart TV, comfortable couch, and coffee table. Two Ikea Vallentuna sleeper ottomans fold out into beds and can be used separately or connected as one larger bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishware, flatware, pots and pans, and a coffee maker. General: Washer and dryer in the kitchen pantry. Games available in the front closet. Guest access You will have access to the full unit as well as a ski closet outside of the condo. The owner's closet, which has supplies for turnover will be locked. Other things to note Please enjoy yourself and be respectful to our neighbors. We’re located on the bottom floor, so there are 2 flights of steps to get to the unit.
