This house was built in the late 1880s and we’ve done an amazing job bringing this home back to its glory! You'll first notice the tall ceilings and updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The AC, plumbing, and electrical were all replaced in 2022. The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a super comfy king bed in the primary, a day bed with trundle bed in the first bedroom and a double full-size bunk bed in the second bedroom. This house sleeps up to 8 people. Home includes ROKU Smart TVs with your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, etc). Just use your credentials to log in and you’re good to go. The updated kitchen boasts quartz countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. Want to fry an egg? Go for it! Want to roast a turkey? We got you fam! Wake up to a fresh cup of morning Java either by the pot or single serve K-cup. Fret not, coffee, cream, and sugar are provided. There is a patio area with BBQ Pit and fire pit. No off street parking however plenty of space to park along the street. Just make sure to park facing the right way. You can be ticketed if car is parked facing the wrong way. Being centrally located, Sandy Bottoms is close to almost everything. It may not be walking distance to The Beach, but a short drive or leisurely bike ride will have you at The Seawall in just "a few minutes". Other attractions like the Pleasure Pier and the Historic Strand are also just "a few minutes" away. You're on Island Time! No off street parking however plenty of space to park along the street. Uber/Lyft is also available on the island *Galveston has the potential for flash flooding. If your car is parked on the street it could get flooded. * Hurricane Season - A full refund will only be issued if the City of Galveston initiates a mandatory evacuation of the City of Galveston.
