Spacious year-round two story home located on the grounds of Cramer's Point Lake Breeze. Five bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 14. The space This home at Cramer's Point Lake Breeze presents a very large entertaining deck and grilling area, with patio furniture for 14+ guests, accessible from the parking are or inside the home. Entering the house on the middle level, there is a large family room area with an additional dining table suitable for eating, playing cards or games, and gathering. The rear of the space has large windows overlooking the property, with a filtered view of Lake George to the southeast, and features a private in-law style suite with a queen bed and full bath for a group member(s) who may wish to have more privacy, or, need ground floor access without any steps. From the living room one enters the dining room, a space with hardwood floors and large table. Between both tables, we have dining seating for 14 guests. Our kitchen is brand new! Granite tops, new cabinets and appliances, and a stacked washer & dryer. The dining room access the first floor master, which includes a queen bed and a 3/4 bath with a 32 inch stand up shower, and a coffee nook with views of the property and filtered lake views, coffee porch and private entrance. Please note that this is a small bathroom! We are sorry! The top floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath with a tub shower combo. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, bedroom 3 has a queen and two twin beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen Adirondack style cedar twig bed and chair. There is an emergency exit to a full set of stairs from the top floor. The ground floor bedroom 5 is in the walk out basement and is at the parking lot level requiring no stairs. It is a separate space with a separate entrance, perfect for members of the party who need some privacy! it offers one room with queen bed, a seating area, television, en-suite 3/4 bath with a 32 inch stand-up shower. The home features forced air heat and central air conditioning. There are two TVs and we offer cable in the summer season and internet streaming TV fall through spring, featuring many of your favorite online services. Bring your own Netflix, Prime etc accounts. Please take note that the bathrooms in our home we're built in the 1940s and are not large! They are utility only ! if large bathrooms are of importance to your party, please ask us about our house number 14 on the same property which is larger in terms of square footage, an additional bedroom and restroom size. Guests have access to all of our amenities, seasonally available, including: trail to Lake George water front, row boats & canoes, 2 pools, outdoor games such as shuffle board, ping pong, horsehoes, basketball, and fire pit. The trail to Lake George leads approximately 500' from our property down to the lake, over a right of way on private lands. In Lake George, we are on the slope of the mountains leading down to the lake, and there is a pitch to the short trail. It is not paved, and there is no vehicle access. Guest access Our Guests have access to the entire home. Guests may utilize the entire resort property and all amenities as described in our listing. Other things to note Please bring your own shower, bath and beach towels. We provide all bed linens, comforters, blankets, pillows, kitchenware and dinnerware. We are not a watefront home, however, we have some filtered view of the lake that are even more expansive in the fall and winter as foliate falls. The trail to Lake George leads approximately 500' from our property down to the lake, over a right of way on private lands. In Lake George, we are on the slope of the mountains leading down to the lake, and there is a pitch to the short trail. It is not paved, and there is no vehicle access. Pets: Please contact us about the pet you wish to bring. We have a limit of one pet, less than 60 pounds. The pet fee is $250. Dogs cannot be left unattended unless crated, and are not allowed on the furniture or allowed unleased on the property.
