Welcome to Casa de Emma, our newly remodeled gulf access 3 bed- 2 bath vacation home. It does not get much better than the neighborhood our vacation villa is tucked into- some of Cape Coral's best restaurants are all within walking distance! Our house itself offers spacious bedrooms and a large outdoor area with heated pool and hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue as well as an outdoor deck, a large, kid-friendly backyard and a boat dock overlooking the canal. Come and stay with us! The space Our newly renovated 3 bed-2 bath single family home provides you with everything you need for a relaxed vacation in Cape Coral. Walk in and enjoy the open floor plan that includes a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island and dining area and an open living room with a large L-shapes sectional that easily seats 6 adult and invites you and your family to sit back and relax, watch a good movie or play some board games. Casa de Emma further includes 3 bedrooms: The 2 master bedrooms are furnished with King beds, the most comfortable Casper mattresses and plenty of closet spaces for all your belongings. The first master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is also equipped with a desk and monitor in case you'd need to work during your stay. The second master bedroom shares the bathroom with the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have newly remodeled walk-in showers. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and a baby crib in case you're traveling with small children. After getting settled in and spending the first night in your vacation home how about starting the day with freshly brewed coffee and breakfast in our fully furnished kitchen? We also provide some condiments and - of course - all necessary kitchen utensils so that hobby cooks find everything they need to prepare the perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner. Continue your day with sunbathing at the pool deck and take a swim in our heated pool or relax in the hot tub. Meanwhile the kids can play on the slide or sand box on the lawn next to the pool area. And when the day comes to an end, fire up the barbecue, enjoy dinner outside and have a sundowner on our outdoor deck overlooking the canal.
