This cozy home features a covered patio with views of the lake with private dock for catch-&-release fishing or stargazing under the desert sky. As the sun sets, gather around the bonfire and soak in the sounds of nature. Additional guest fee applies ---Master bedroom suite has a large spa-like soaking tub, separate steam shower, dual sink vanity and a huge walk in closet with full body mirrors. ---The covered patio area opens out to views of the lake with your private dock for catch and release fishing or stargazing ---Large propane griddle included for all your cooking needs --- 2 Kayaks ----Gas & wood firepit ----Lift chair for added mobility ---Community amenities include a heated pool. Guest access Entire home excludes garage access Other things to note This is a very quiet neighborhood and community, so we are only looking for guests that will respect our HOA quiet time rules of 10pm til 8am daily. 2 cameras on outside of home for security - both actively recording video and audio 24/7 before during and after your stay. Only monitored after checkout if damages are reported. ---1 ring camera located at front door ---1 camera on back door & lake, boat area ---Only 2 cars max should be parked in driveway. No street parking please. Also no boats, RV's or trailer parking inside of community or on property. ---The height at gate entrance is 8 feet so please be aware of this if you have a lifted truck -Boat is not included in the rental
