Other things to note The primary renter on all reservations must by 25 years of age or older. Please respect the neighborhood and keep outside noise to a minimum after 11pm. No more than 14 guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional overnight guests will be charged a penalty of $100 per person. PETS: We love pets! Well-behaved and housebroken pets are welcome with a $75 per pet cleaning fee to help out our fabulous cleaning crew. You can add pets to your booking anytime by modifying your Airbnb reservation. SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time, thanks! POOL: The pool is open for use from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Guests must follow all posted rules regarding pool use for their own safety. If it becomes necessary to drain and refill the pool as a result of glass or other contamination, we will charge $1000 for expenses incurred. PARTIES: UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Low-key getaways, birthday gatherings and family reunion type-things are totally okay and encouraged! Please do not use confetti or glitter at the house. Any confetti or glitter found will result in an additional cleaning charge of $100/hr as needed. CANCELLATION FEE: All bookings are subject to Airbnb's cancellation policies. Please note: Host will also send a hold harmless waiver for the primary renter to sign, per insurance requirements. Guests are welcome to inflate and use the bouncy house in the grassy area of the rear yard only. Use of the bouncy house is at your own risk. The bouncy house must be cleaned, deflated, and placed back in the plastic bin inside the Lodge. Failure to do so will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
