The space Entrance by the floor of the housing which is composed in the following way: - A living room of 15 m² with TV and sofa. - A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... and dining area. - A veranda with dining area. - Two rooms with a king-size bed (180×200) and 2 single beds. - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A swimming pool (private, not heated), 7m by 4m, fully fenced, open from May to October. Opening date not contractual. - A jacuzzi available from May to October, which can accommodate 5 travelers. - A beautiful garden of 2 000 m² equipped with a hammock and a barbecue. - A first terrace near the swimming pool of 12 m², to enjoy the beautiful days. - A second terrace of 15 m² on the side of the garden. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Other things to note - Free wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - For security reasons, there is a camera in the hall facing the veranda - Access to the accommodation via a staircase of 15 steps. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition, clean the appliances after use, the fridge and remove the bed linen from the separate beds and wet towels and empty and take away the garbage in the outside containers.
