Only 5 minutes to Franconia, the White Mountains, 15 min to skiing at Cannon or Bretton Woods, and nearby towns like Littleton with breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Echo Lake, Santa's Village, and Flume Gorge are close. Enter in the walk out finished basement with bonus living room, children's games/books, and washer/dryer room. The main floor has an open concept living and dining area that looks out into the front wooded yard through floor to (almost ceiling) windows. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics: small fridge, stove, dishwasher, and cabinets with cookware and basic spices. The guest bedroom has a queen bed under a sky light looking into the trees, and a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and full bed on top. A full bath is also on this level with shower/tub. The third floor loft has a closet for storage and extra linens, the master bedroom with a huge double window looking into the forest and a 1/2 bath. The top of the stairs overlooks the main level and the large windows to the front yard. The outside has a large deck with a picnic table (cover in cabinet next to sink), grill, and Adirondack chairs overlooking the yard. The front yard has a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and the woods around the property have little fairy houses and teepees our children made that yours can enjoy. The Ammonoosuc River is a short 5 min walk away with great fishing, sunsets, and river floats. Get away in the woods with private access to the Ammonoosuc River at the end of our street, but stay close to recreation, breweries, and shopping. The area is close to outdoor recreation such as skiing (Cannon and Bretton Woods), mountain biking (Parker Mountain/Bethelem Trails), hiking trails to some of NH best 4,000 footers, children's activities (Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Waterpark), sightseeing (Cog Railway, Mount Washington Observatory, Cannon Tramway, Flume Gorge, and so many great brewery and restaurant options in Bethlehem (Reklis Brewery, Cold Mountain, Rosa Flamingos, El Mirador, etc.), and Littleton (Schilling Brewery, Salt Bisto, Tim-ber, Littleton Diner, Alburritos).
