Outside: swimming pool, petanque court, summer kitchen, children's games (swing, trampoline, cabin)... The space The villa has been rated 5 stars/5 in furnished tourist accommodation since June 2023. The accommodation consists of a large 42 m² living room where the kitchen opens onto the living room: ideal for cooking with other guests. There are four bedrooms in total and two bathrooms, one with separate toilet. Guests can enjoy a 4,000 m2 garden with trees and amenities: a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a bread oven, freezer and a water point. In addition, you can cool off in the pool bordered by an equipped terrace (deckchair, garden furniture, etc.). Also, there are many entertainment for children: a tree house, trampoline, swing, slide and paved basketball court… The house also has a petanque court adjoining a shaded and covered garden furniture. You can park all vehicles in the yard of the property. This villa is ideal in between seasons or summer to enjoy the pool and outdoors to relax with friends and family. It will also delight nature and walking lovers thanks to its proximity to the Vercors. Its location less than an hour from the ski resorts will satisfy fans of winter skiing and downhill mountain biking in summer. We are located 20 minutes from the "Domaine de Charmeil" golf course, recognized for its setting, restaurant and quality course. Guest access The entire property is available and reserved for guests only. The garage, cellar and dressing room are, however, off-limits. Other things to note Very friendly villa, with many amenities available. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, ideal for relaxing or meeting with friends and family.
