Quiet country house in the Morvan

3.5 hours from the center of Paris or 2 hours from Lyon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park, our house "Lai Teurlée" in patois, welcomes you with its bucolic view of the countryside of Château-Chinon, capital of Haut-Morvan. This family home is the perfect place for holidays or weekends with friends for a guaranteed quiet stay. You will be surrounded by fields and forests and you will be lulled by birdsong. The space The house is completely independent, not overlooked and has a fully enclosed garden of more than 5,000 m2. It has a living room with library, TV, PS4, Wi-Fi that opens onto the terrace which offers a splendid view of the countryside and the city of Château-Chinon, perfect viewpoint for convivial moments! It has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and everything you need to cook (induction stove). On one level, it has 3 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds. It also has a shower room and a bathroom. However, you will need to go through the children's room to get to the two bedrooms at the back. It is possible to provide equipment for babies: a bed, a bathtub, a potty, a high chair, a deck chair, a booster seat. Many games are also provided for children (swing in the garden, soccer goal, books, beach toys, board games...). In terms of activities, you can enjoy walks in the forest or in the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the house, but also mountain biking, rail biking or horseback riding. You can also discover the small town of Château-Chinon, a pretty village of less than 2,000 inhabitants that rises to 609 meters above sea level from its Calvary, also known for its Niki de Saint Phalle fountain or its Septennat museum. Thermes de Saint-Honoré-les-Bains, the Saint Honoré les Bains 58360 spa is a 30-minute drive away. Not to mention, the main lakes of Morvan (Settons, Pannecière, etc.) which are only about twenty minutes by car (paddle, canoeing, pedal boat, jet ski, etc.).
