You will not only enjoy the living quarters, you also enjoy the patio with TV and BLUETOOTH for your convenience to pair with your device. Have a burger or steak on the grill and sit back and relax. TV'S are located in the sitting, bedroom and patio areas. Your experience here will make you want to book with us again when you are in this area. We want this to be an EXPERIENCE, not just a place to stay. ENJOY!!!! Guest access Guests have access to patio/porch with TV and BLUETOOTH under patio area. Other things to note Early check-in fee to be collected on site if the unit is available. 10am-12pm $100 fee, 12pm-2:55pm $50 fee. Meaning the unit has not been rented the night before or if it has been rented the night before, that we have adequate time to properly sanitize and clean. We can't make any guarantees. Please only book days you are sure about. We understand things change when you're on work related situations or business. When you block out extra (just in case) dates it will prevent other potential travelers from booking with us on that date. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK- OUTS!!!!! This space will only accommodate 2 guests comfortably. Only ONE additional guest will be allowed at the rate of $75 per night. We highly discourage sleeping on the couch. Falling asleep on the couch is ok though. Lol.
