The Wee Malarkey sits adjacent to Malarkey's Roost on the bucolic, beach side of Arch Cape four miles south of Cannon Beach, Oregon. The spacious two-level, king bed studio apartment is in a light filled detached structure. The 370 sq. ft. window filled upper level features ocean views, views of Asbury Creek, a 15 ft. waterfall and a fern and moss-covered rain forest. The beach is a mere 10 second walk away. The recently remodeled bath is located on the first level. Suitable for 2 adults. The space What guests appreciate most about Wee Malarkey is the serenity and privacy in a backdrop where the unparalleled beauty of the natural setting springs forth at every turn. Wee Malarkey has recently been remodeled with new furnishings featuring a new king bed, a new sofa (convertible to queen bed), dining area with table and chairs, custom built coffee and end table and and a kitchenette which has sink, microwave, mini-fridge and freezer, Keuring coffee, glasses and coffee cups, dishes and silverware. The bath is located on first level, downstairs in a converted garage area to a multi-purpose eclectic "surge living and storage place." The lower level has new flooring, paint, new marble top vanity, toilet, etc. with a large window overlooking the forest. The lower level has space heaters in both the open area and the enclosed shower and toilet area. Big screen TV with multiple channels including streaming Prime, Netflix, Apple, HBO Max Guest access Guests have full access to The Wee Malarkey as well as the grounds and the large deck adjacent to the main house. Guests do not have access to the main house. Other things to note The Wee Malarkey is dog friendly to well behaved canines. There is $15 per night dog fee. One dog max. Evidence of urine, feces, chewing or other pet damage will result in forfeiture of damage deposit. Clatsop County, Oregon has a 10.5% local tax which Airbnb does not collect. A request for funds will be made for each party. Any reservation is contingent on paying local room tax
