Custom 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house, large kitchen

Four bedrooms, large living room, and big kitchen in a custom home on a desert landscaped lot. Large living room, master, and kitchen on ground level, with three more bedrooms downstairs. Relatively quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to the freeway and many stores and restaurants. The space The house is built on a hill so it is 2 stories but you walk into the upper level, which is where the master bedroom, living room, and dining area are so there are no stairs for those spaces. The three bedrooms downstairs have queen beds. Two of those bedrooms share a small Jack and Jill bathroom and the other bedroom has its bathroom across the hall. The large back yard is simply a desert landscape, and I often see desert ground squirrels, rabbits, quail, hawks, and once in a while even coyotes or bobcats. There is a small wash that runs through my backyard during heavy rains.
