New Cabin 2.5 acre Pond / 120 Acres Land w/trails

YOu will love the seclusion and privacy of this cabin. It is very relaxing and quiet and seems like miles away from everything when you are only less than 10 minutes to town. The space With the addition of a master suite the cabin is about 1000 sq ft. There are 2 full bathrooms and a washer dryer. There is a kitchenette. The screen porch is 12 x 40 with seating and swing. The master suite has its' on screen porch too. The cabin has a microwave, hot plate, toaster, refrigerator, and a Blackstone gridle for outside cooking. Some fishing equipment is provided for guest. Trails cut throughout the property for use most of the year. Guest access The cabin, 2.5 acre pond and trails are all for use by renters. Can fish/ float or relax. Other things to note Understand that this is a small place and not suited for a large group . Strictly for no more than 4 people. No large gatherings or parties are allowed. If this rule is broken you will be asked to leave without a refund. Some fishing equipment is provided.
