Welcome to your riverfront retreat nestled in the White Mountains. If you want skiing, hiking, swimming, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, zip-lining, golfing, ATVs, shopping, or dining, it’s all within easy access. Tastefully decorated, this lovely, fully renovated 3-bedroom 2-bath condo provides a serene environment to relax by the fireplace or step out to your back deck and take in the sights and sounds of the woods and the Pemi River. Deer Park Resort boasts many onsite amenities. The space Ground floor 3 bedroom condominium situated along the Pemi River, offers all the comforts and conveniences of home in a relaxing and serene vacation environment. Enter through the pine wood-paneled foyer and step into the main living space including a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining area with seating for seven in addition to 3 more at the breakfast bar, and living area with a wood-burning fireplace and television with streaming access and DVD player. Access the private back deck from the living room. Take a seat in one of the Adirondack-style chairs while listening to the sounds of the river or walk out into the wooded back area to walking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails right along the river. Back inside, to the left of the main living area is the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, TV, full private bath, and windows to the river. To the right, you will find a second full bath and two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed, the other with a twin bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has a flat-screen television and double-sized closets. A stacked washer and dryer is tucked away in the unit. Additional parking is available for snowmobile and Motorcycle Trailers Guest access You have access to the entire condo minus a few locked closets and cabinets. Leaving access to plenty of closet and cabinet space in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also have full access to the Deer Park Resort which boasts a small lake with beach and fishing, decks with gas grills, an indoor Olympic size pool and hot tub, a game room, an arcade, a weight and cardio room, tennis, racquetball, ice skating, large fireplace with sitting area and more. Other things to note Summer time; we've recently installed a portable A/C unit designed to cool the dining, kitchen, and living room areas. It can also help to cool the bedrooms with the doors left open Most of the time, thanks to the cooler weather in the White Mountains, the A/c unit won’t be necessary, but it's there if needed. The spring-fed lake & beach next to the clubhouse are available for swimming and floating, and of course, the Pemi River is just outside your back door. Winter time; weekend Ski Shuttle, just steps from your front doo,r runs back and forth to Loon Mountain Any season, the heated large indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available! No smoking /vaping or pets are allowed in the condo.
