Full washer/dryer. Cable and wifi are provided. There is a community heated pool. BBQ grills are located throughout the complex including at the pool area. 2 parking spots right in front. One block away from the townhouse there is a community parking lot (no charge) available right in front of the beach with public restroom and outdoor showers. You can walk back and forth to the beach through the day since we are so close! Ask about our golf cart rentals!
