Living room features: Sony 120” projection theater with surround sound. Two super comfy 42” deep 4 person sofas and leather couture chairs. Vintage art and photography, record player with blue tooth vinyl records and a Sonos. Guest access All areas are accessible with exception of the garage, North side yard and rooftop. Other things to note We want you to enjoy Surfwood to the fullest and feel completely at home. Your comfort and safety and that of our neighbor’s is our 1st priority. We are committed to making certain the house is a good fit for your needs. First and foremost, Surfwood is NOT a party house. Be advised cameras will pick up all persons entering and exiting the property. Please read house rules prior to renting. These rules are in our contract agreement that is signed upon arrival. No noise from dusk-9AM No Parties/No play dates/Zero tolerance Maximum occupancy: 5 overnight registered guests. Daytime: not to exceed 5 total of 5 registered guests $2,500 deposit will be forfeited if daytime capacity exceeds 8 persons or overnight exceeds 5 persons. Unauthorized events will be stopped immediately by security and rental will be terminated on the spot. No refund will be issued and deposit will be withheld. Again: Security cameras are at all entrances and side yards. (for your privacy, there are absolutely no cameras anywhere else or on pool area) Additional Charges: $50 per day for pool heating. $125 per day, per additional daytime guest $250 per night, per additional/unauthorized overnight guests No Pets: unauthorized pet fee $500 plus additional $100 per day. No smoking Home is inventoried: We provide premium linens and kitchenware There are charges should they be damaged or missing. $25 per towel $80 bed linens $50 minimum charge for missing flatware ID and Signature required at check in: In person check in only *government Issued IDs of guests required *A Pool safety guide is included in the contract *The pool is not gated and not child safe. *There are multiple balconies off bedrooms that could pose a threat to unattended children. The garden and raised pool coping can be trip hazards.
