A Capela - Villa with Private Pool

Pool only available from 1 Mar - 31 Oct. Pool not heated, but good temperature in summer. The villa can accommodate max 4 adults + 2 children (12 + above). 2 bedrooms (queen and kings size), 2 bathrooms. 5 minutes walk from Sintra Station. It offers a private outdoor pool (for guests' use on the booking only), with a private fruit garden. Views include mountain views of the Moorish Castle. Central and within walking distance to many cafes, shops and restaurants The space Part of the A CAPELA collection, our garden villa is ideal for 4 persons with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). There is also a double pull out sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate a 5th and 6th guest (2 children - 12+ only). Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area (with all mods and cons, including fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, espresso and washing machine). Private sun facing terrace and private pool for guests exclusive use (not shared). Pool is NOT in use during winter months (1 Nov - end Feb). Parking space for one small/medium size car inside the property (behind gates). If needed, there is an additional space for a 2nd car is in the street fronting the villa which pay and display, but there are some limited free spots too in the street. Heating for winter months (very cosy). Well ventilated and cool during summer months with fans if needed. Guest access Guests will be met by host to check IDs and passports. Private access via gate and one free car parking spot for a small to medium sized car inside the property behind a closed gate. For large cars, there are free and paid for off street parking in front of the villa, but spaces in the street are at a first come, first serve basis and may be limited.
