Cuddfan Fach is set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, in the hamlet of Penparc, nr Trefin. This traditional barn has been newly converted to create a stunning home from home for you to use as a base for your adventures around Pembrokeshire. Open plan ground floor, large sofas & a cosy wood burner for relaxing evenings in. There is a shop & dog friendly pub just a 3 min walk. Walks from the door & the famous 186 mile Pembrokeshire coast path, coves & beaches just 1 mile away. The space Ground Floor: Open plan with fully kitted out kitchen (Tall fridge freezer, microwave, Electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine), large dining table, spacious lounge area with cosy wood burner, and downstairs toilet. Fast fibre WiFi, Smart TV, and a selection of games. The first floor comprises of: King size bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite, two quirky single bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and shower over. Sleeps 6 across 4 bedrooms. Outside you have a driveway/parking area to accommodate 2 cars, access to an electric car charger (additional cost), with enclosed front garden, rear patio and rear garden (solid 5ft fencing). Perfect for alfresco dining on a summers evening. You will appreciate just how close the sea is with the views across the fields to the coast from the front garden. For dog owners: Hard floors throughout the property, access to an outdoor Hot/Cold dog shower. Crate and pen available on request (please bring your own dog bedding). If pets are on furniture please bring your own throws. A maximum of 3 dogs welcome.
