This very large 1 bedroom has living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bath, and a bonus room with "total gym". Hardwood floors throughout with original pine walls in the living room. There is inside access to the laundry room downstairs, small pantry off kitchen and desk in an alcove off kitchen. Bedroom has queen bed and side chair with a small closet. Bath is private and off the bedroom with tub/shower. Small kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and is fully stocked. The space Living room has delightful reading nook with small sofa, a large arm chair, and a small (fold out) couch. Dining room has table with 4 chairs. Living room, dining room, and bedroom all have ceiling fans. This suite comes with 1 covered parking space in carport nearest the Black door (your entrance to your suite). Please leave room for guests to access the laundry room (door is in front of this parking space). Guest access The entire apartment is yours and has it's own private entrance with 4 steps up to the door. The laundry room is used by other residents/guests in the building. You have a private access down a set of stairs to the laundry, but the stairs are a bit steep (other access is outside and more easily accessible). Other things to note This building is a part of a quadraplex. You will be staying in the back/ side apartment (access is nearest the carport and driveway). Although we rarely have had complaints over the years, keep in mind that others live or are staying beside you. You may hear them or they may hear you on occasion. While we don't expect this to be a problem, we want you to be aware of the living arrangements. Access to another unit is outside an inside door to your unit. We keep this door locked from both sides but you may hear other guests entering the building on occasion. The laundry room is below this suite and you may hear guests/residents washing clothes on occasion. This unit has an older floors and kitchen. The walls are old paneling. The kitchen cabinets, sink, and countertop are all older too. Note: Railroad tracks are located nearby & trains run through town regularly.
