Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely one-bedroom flat is located in one of the more popular areas of Newhaven, only a few steps from the beach and less than a mile from the sea and the trendy Shore area of Leith. It is also perfectly equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The space Welcome! Located on the first floor of a lovely apartment building, this spacious one-bedroom apartment has all you need for a lovely stay. The living room is bright with two large windows and features a sofa a coffee table and a large smart Tv with Netflix and Prime Video. The kitchen is fitted with all the mod-cons including kettle, toaster, stove, oven and microwave perfect for a home-cooked meal. In the kitchen there is also a Nespresso machine and caps will be provided. The bedroom is bright with a large window, a king-size bed, a comfy mattress, a large cupboard, and a chest of drawers. In addition, a desk with an office chair for laptop/desk work is provided into this room. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, sink, toilette and a large mirror. There are a washer, a dishwasher, a dryer and iron, and a bosch machine Tassimo if you fancy an American coffee. Have a fantastic holiday! Guest access Guest will have the access to the entire home. Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
