Four-star family home Keysersnest in Gistel was renovated in 2022 (infrared sauna outside under shelter, Weber BBQ, box spring beds, high-speed Wi-Fi, charging point for car, baby, kids) bicycle storage and a fenced garden in a quiet garden neighborhood, next to playground (basketball, football, playground equipment). At 250 m, a working mill and cafe/restaurant, village center (1.3 km) with 2 weekly markets. Gistel is located at bicycle junction 63, Plopsaland 25 km, Ostend 8 km, Diksmuide and Westhoek 16 km, Bruges 18 km. The space Free access, with your code (you will receive it one day before arrival), to the house with electronic door lock Nuki. Powerful WiFi in the entire house and WiFi signal amplifier on the terrace. You can park your car in the driveway, and a connection is provided to charge your electric car (extra consumption paying (50 cents per Kwh)). Sunny living room with two sitting areas and a fireplace, dining table for 10 people. Baby box, baby bouncer, baby/child bed (120cmx60cm), safety gates stairs at the top and entrance kitchen and also a children's dining chair available. Duplo blocks, tonka cars, books and a cupboard full of games. Via sliding window, access to wooden terrace with teak garden furniture and the health mate infrared outdoor sauna for 5 people and a charcoal BBQ from Weber. In the living area, bar overlooking open kitchen, library and retro hifi system. Smart TV, full option, from 2022. Sleeping accommodation for 10 adults and an extra child's bed. A bedroom with two box-spring beds of 90 cm X 200 cm. One bedroom with two box spring beds of 90X200 cm and a luxury folding bed of 90X200 cm. A third bedroom with a bunk bed for adults of 90 cm x 200 cm and an extra bed of 90 x 200 cm. Also in the living room, a divan bed (140 cm by 190 cm) for 2 people. All equipped with duvets and 2 pillows per bed. (Please bring your own covers for duvets and pillowcases.) Luxury tableware, plates and glasses (including large wine glasses, aperitif glasses and champagne glasses) and cutlery, serving plates and platters. Fully installed kitchen: knives and other necessities, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (bring your favorite pads), kettle, mixer, filter coffee machine (filters available, no coffee), vitro ceramic stove with oven and the necessary pots and pans (also a wok pan), toaster, croque monsieur machine. Garage with washing machine (washing product available), iron and ironing board, drying rack, extra refrigerator and freezer with ice cubes and cooling elements for the available cooler. In lockable garage also 2 charging points for electric bicycles and enough space for bicycles. Also table football and darts (bird's eye view), high table and two chairs. Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own duvet covers and pillowcases. Children's travel bed available (120 x 65 cm), but please bring your own sheets for the children's bed. Baby box, baby bouncer, plastic plates and cups and children's dining chair are also provided. Bathroom with sink, toilet, individual heating, automatic ventilation, hair dryer, spacious shower with rain shower and hand shower. Guest access The entire house with enclosed garden. In the garden, infrared outdoor sauna, fire basket (bring wood!), swing and extra seating area under chestnut tree. Also Weber BBQ with charcoal (bring your own!) and patio furniture with umbrella. 2 beds with pillows and extra garden furniture available. For the little ones, there is children's furniture and a high chair to sit at the table. Other things to note Duvets (140 cm x 200 cm) and pillows available, duvet covers and pillowcases to be provided by yourself. Also for children's bed, to bring yourself. Necessary cleaning materials (dishwasher detergent, sink detergent, washing machine detergent, vacuum cleaner, varia) and basic toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags and kitchen roll are provided. Bring your own bath linen, don't forget to bring extra bath towels for the sauna and beach visit! Check your access code Nuki so you have free access to the house, see your app or keypad at the front door. Lock the garage only from the inside, move the button, lock before you leave the house. (Garage lock is not connected to Nuki system front door.) Bring wood for fireplace or fire bowl and charcoal for the BBQ or buy locally in supermarket.
