The house, built in the early '80s is an historic home of the neighborhood and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms for a total of 8 sleeps. A pedestrian gate opens directly onto the sand, to reach the sea - with a shallow and crystalline sea floor - you just need to open the door! The neighborhood features all the shoops necessary for everyday life: restaurant pizzeria, bar with tobacco, rotisserie, fish shop and bakery. In the beach facing the house is a bathhouse with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The house features free flat wi-fi (seasonal may 1st-october 31st). INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Villa Bay Pine has indoor covered parking spaces, large grounds and is set on two levels. Ground floor the entrance leads to the living room overlooking the beach with dining table, detached kitchen with stove, oven and fridge / freezer. Outside, a large gazebo overlooks a second outdoor kitchen, equipped with burners and worktops. Ground floor - externally - is located an annex with a bedroom (two bunk beds) and a small bathroom without shower. On the upper floor, via a staircase, the sleeping area is made up of three bedrooms, two of them with doublebeds and one with French bed and a single bed; bathroom with shower. In the garden, at the rear of the house, there is an outdoor shower. Villa Bay Pine has two gates elading to the beach: a gate (shared with the neighboring house) that leads directly onto the sand, a second gate that leads to the beachfront pedestrian street. The land is enclosed by a wall for the beach front part and separated by a hedge from the property behind it. EQUIPMENT Air conditioning available in all bedrooms. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. If specified, A weekly amount of electricity consumption is included for free. Upon check-out, any consumption exceeding this limit will be calculated based on the readings of the meter located into the property and charged at a rate of €0,50 per kWh. The charge will be made to the credit card provided as a guarantee upon arrival. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
