Just 2.5 miles from USC and a 10 minute drive to Downtown or LAX. You will find the neighborhood a delight with a mix of families who've lived here for 30 plus years and those new comers just starting to plant roots. Guest access Patio chairs and table in front of unit. Other things to note Street parking only. However, you can pull into the driveway to unload or load your bags.
