The space Entering inside the chalet with its double-glazed doors, immediately stepping into the chic and beautifully furnished sitting room, with the underfloor heating ensuring a warm and cosy feel under your toes, overlooking the views of the grassland area on the landscaped park. The spacious and comfortable lounge with underfloor heating, which offers a TV, free WIFI, DVD player and a games console for all of your family to enjoy. A selection of reading material and a range of board games and children’s games to entertain you all. The dining area at the rear of the lounge which boasts a funky vintage table and chairs. In all the rooms there are sockets with USB ports to charge your phones at a time that suits you. There is a spacious and equipped kitchen with underfloor heating, entailing all of your day to day needs with DW and fridge/freezer. The kitchen leads on to a brand newly built decking with seating and a gas BBQ, a glass of wine can be enjoyed, overlooking the distant views of the sea. There is rear access from the front of the decking, to the car parking, handy for bikes and push chairs. There is a ramp for wheelchairs. The chalet has a good-sized bathroom, with a bath to unwind after an adventurous day, with a rain head shower, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail situated downstairs. The cosy hub in the downstairs bedroom sleeps two with bunkbeds, perfect for young children, with a glazed door leading out on to the ‘alfresco’ decking. The stairs leading to the upstairs rooms have retractable stair gates, both at the top and the bottom to ensure your safety, should you require them. Upstairs; the master room has a cosy double bed. The bedroom opposite has spacious room with 2 single beds, with newly fresh carpets. There is a newly built separate toilet upstairs in the middle of the rooms, with a toilet, basin and a heated towel rail, which both bedrooms have access to. On the site there is a newly refurbished swimming pool, table tennis, tennis court, a mini golf course, badminton court and a playground for the mini explorers. Pillows and duvets are supplied. Travel cot and highchairs can be hired to use from the Kingsdown reception. No pets are allowed on the site except for guide dogs, who must be on a harness and/or lead. Guest access There is a NO SMOKING or VAPING policy inside Foxes Seaside Retreat due to the fire regulators and insurance. ELECTRICITY is by pound fed coin metre, please bring a supply of £1’s with you. Linen is provided, however towels are not provided and therefore need to be brought with you.
