By the poolside, you have plenty of sun loungers and covered areas for dining and relaxing, all enjoying a magnificent view over the rugged local landscape. The area is very quiet, so it’s ideal for getting away from it all, yet local amenities are close by, with shops and restaurants within 2km of the house. The interior has been thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and makes the most of the location, showcasing the views with large windows and lovely terraces on the upper level. On the ground floor, you will find a dining area and fully equipped kitchen which forms part of an open-plan living space. Next to this is a comfortable seating area with Smart TV, PlayStation 3 and Wi-Fi. Also on this floor there’s a gym area with fitness equipment and Pilates ball, as well as a TV and ping-pong table, which takes you back out to the pool. Upstairs, the three inviting bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. The first has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and a terrace lounge corner with a great view of Split.
