The Gate offers a hotel style stay with a luxury swimming pool and fully equipped gym. The block has been interior designed throughout with a semi industrial tone. All kitchens include, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, oven/separate grill, extractor and electric induction hob. The kitchen specification is very high, with Bosch appliances and Quartz work tops. The apartment benefits from a large bathroom with bath and shower and ensuite to master bed. A very spacious apartment with two good sized double bedrooms with drawers, clothes rail and shoe storage . Other things to note I will normally be available to greet guests but for times I might not be available there is a secure, convenient lock box. No smoking. No Parties allowed All guests must be booked in No extra guests that haven’t been booked in allowed. The main building, swimming pool and Gym is accessed by a Fob. It is very important that this is kept with you at all times when out of the apartment as you will not be able to enter the building. A lost fob will incur a charge of £40. The pool and gym are open to guests between the hours of 6am-10pm 7 days a week. In the unlikely event that the pool and gym are not open, I cannot be held liable as I do not manage this myself and is out of my hands. There is one parking space allocated to the apartment. You must park in the designated space to avoid disruption with people in other apartments.
