Once signed and returned, your reservation will be confirmed. No pets allowed unless specified. Fees are applicable at pet friendly homes. The fees will be applied to your reservation total after your signed Rental Agreement is received. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the home. Your check-in time is a firm 4:00 PM CST. No early check-ins will be permitted. Your check-out time is a firm 10:00AM CST. A fee will be incurred for late check-outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
