The space Flat 206 in Cavalo Marinho accommodates 4 adults + 1 child up to 12 years old. The gourmet balcony features a rustic table, ice machine, electric barbecue grill, cooler, and beer fridge. The bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. The living room offers air conditioning, a double sofa bed, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. We provide not only glass cups (for wine, beer, whisky, sparkling wine) but also acrylic cups for poolside use. The spacious bathroom includes a hairdryer, heated shower, clothesline, liquid soap, and shampoo. Guest access The Eco Resort is, in fact, a residential resort, meaning it is not exactly a traditional hotel: it consists of flats, bungalows, or independent apartments, many available as vacation rentals. It is beachfront, right next to the famous Chapel of São Benedito (the little church of Carneiros), one of the postcards of Praia dos Carneiros. Distance from Recife: about 87–90 km from Recife International Airport. Replenishment during the stay must be made by guests. We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available for use during your stay. All TVs are Smart TVs and can be used with your personal streaming account (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not share passwords. We provide full linen (bed and bath) according to the number of guests in the reservation. Pool/beach towels are not included. Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property. We provide glassware (wine, beer, whisky, sparkling) and also acrylic cups for pool use. Portable crib available for children up to 18kg, upon reservation, with a fee of R$ 30.00 per day. - Check-in and check-out We may allow early check-in or late check-out, as long as there are no other guests arriving or leaving on the same day. Even if the property is not yet ready, access to the condominium is allowed from 12h to enjoy the common areas. In January and July, entry to the condominium is allowed from 12h. Access to the property may occur until 16h (or earlier if cleaning is completed sooner). - Important rules Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if the property has availability, visitors may be authorized upon prior submission of names for condominium approval.
